The overall experience provided an adequate place to rest after a long day, especially for short stays.
My room had no windows, making it feel dim and uninviting despite all lights being on. The air conditioning unit in the Family Suite was obnoxiously noisy and broke down in the middle of the night, leading to a really uncomfortable sleep. On top of that, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, with one guest reporting a cockroach near the bed and unpleasant odors. The restaurant food didn’t quite hit the mark, leading to further disappointment during the stay.
